AmTrust Mortgage has more than 50 branches and loan offices across the state of Ohio, but are primarily concentrated in and around Northeast Ohio (Cleveland and Akron) and Columbus.

However, AmTrust Bank, formerly called Ohio Savings Bank, is not content to remain exclusively in Ohio. They also operated AmTrust Bank, in about 20 locations across southeastern Florida and in the greater Phoenix area before changing its name in 2007.

AmTrust is a full service bank, but from a lending standpoint they concentrate on residential home loans, and offer home loan programs to fit the needs of first time home buyers, as well as homeowners interested in refinancing, or taking out home equity loans. AmTrust offers a variety of fixed rate, adjustable rate, and interest only loans.
